[OT a bit, but maybe helpful] If you're on a slow connection, you can also order it on CD for a "small" $20 s&h fee. heh. It (the DevTools) CD should have come with your Mac, maybe as a .pkg file on your hard drive somewhere if you have a new computer, or if you bought Jaguar, it came with the other CDs.
