i have a c program that connects to a myssql db. for some reason or another, every now and again i get the following error message
ERROR in mysql_real_connect() Number: 2003 Message: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'softdistqa' (10048)
i find enough info on mysql website about error number 2003, but nothing about 10048. what is error 10048?
environment: w2k sp3, mysql 3.23.54-max-nt
