Hello, I am unsuccessfully trying to start mysql replication between an Sun Solaris server and a RedHat Linux server. Can this be done ? What about the fact that the binary files for the logs that need to be transferred over upon replication startup are from different OS's. Does anyone have any experience doing this ?
