Hi, I am using MySQL 3.23. I use SHOW TABLES to obtain a list of tables from my database and then put this list in an HTML select form on a web page. What I need to know, is there a way of obtaining this table list, using SHOW TABLES, in ascending or descending order the same way you would do using SELECT for a field in a specific table and then ORDER BY?
