Not if
0)strong processor (at least 2GHz)
1)you have enough RAM (1GB will do)
2)have enough SCSI or RAID Drives (with hopefully 1GB Free)
3)gets tricky with Process Management as Win2k process Management utilities
are sparse (no cron or kill utilities)
