can you help me with mySql control console. it is presenting me with a window to register a server. I am running mySql locally on my workstation. It wants a Name for the server. I called it TestMySql host name: I put [EMAIL PROTECTED] User name: I put root Password: I don't know what password it is looking for so I just made up a password. I hit the test button to test the connection and it just says Testing... I don't seem to make a connection and it doesn't give me an error message. Any ideas?
