I upgraded my test MySQL server yesterday to 4.1 and I'm now receiving an error when I try to connect using MyCC. The error is ERROR 1249: Client does not support authentification protocol requested by server. Consider upgrading MySQL client. I've tried to find a solution on the website, but either it's not mentioned there or my search skills need some refinement (probably the latter :-)
