We are currently running about 50 databases on MySQL 4.0.14. Occasionally our users will get the error:
Couldn't select database. Message: Commands out of sync; You can't run this command now Message Number: 2014 When this happens to one customer, it affects them all. We end up having to restart the MySQL services to clean things up. Our goal is to eliminate whatever is causing this, but cannot determine the cause. I have checked the online help on MySQL and we are not calling the functions normally associated with the error. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
