That wouldn't work because for example:

GMT day for 2003-10-13 = '2003-10-13'
EDT day for 2003-10-13 = GMT '2003-10-12 20:00:00 -> 2003-10-13
20:00:00'

I want the GROUP BY (adjusted to EDT) to show 2003-10-13, but it shows
2003-10-12.... know what I mean?

I don't know how to work around this...
