Hi,Check out DBDesigner by FabForce.
I'm just starting out with mysql and would like to know if there are any good database diagramming and development tools for mysql. Something that would allow me to create a db and all the relationships graphically and then have the sql code automatically produced. Ideally I'm looking for something opensource or free.
Also, I'm going to use mysql with php. Does anyone have any recommendations about development tools for integrating the two together? I'm just trying to get an idea of what's out there, so I don't have to reinvent the wheel.

It's free ( open source I think - it's installed in Windows and I'm currently not in Windows ) and it's outstanding.
