MySQL Package Install for Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther)

I am upgrading to Panther and I need to install MySQL.  Does anybody 
know if the Mac OS X Installer Package v10.2 (Standard) works with 
10.3?  If it doesn't then what would be the best installation method on 
a clean 10.3 installation?
