Question on slow queries

I just started logging slow queries. Today I found the following lines in
the slow query log.

# Query_time: 14  Lock_time: 0  Rows_sent: 293  Rows_examined: 293

SELECT /*!40001 SQL_NO_CACHE */ * FROM `rwt_screens`;


What exact does the third line mean?
