I have been developing with Windows2000, Apache, MySQL and PHP (WAMP ?) platform for about two years now and have had no problems. However, I have been deploying onto a Linux server so my observations may not be valid for your purposes.

Can anyone comment on the stability of MySQL on Win32? Unfortunately I may have to use IIS for a project and am just wandering if I can expect the same sort of stability and performance using MySQL (and PHP) on a Windows Server.
