I have just installed mysql following the instructions for the binary distro under linux and I added my root user and password using mysqladmin as mentioned in scripts/mysql_install_db.
In the mysql.user table I see my [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] but I also see two entries with blank user names.

Have I made a mistake that inserted these 2 blank users? Or are they there for a good reason?
