It's not included in some binaries, but it is in 5.0 source archives. Once you run this script, you can execute Create Procedure ... as a SQL cmd. When I try and create a stored procedure (using the example in the help) it fails. The online help states that there should be a table called 'procs' in the database for stored procedures to work. I can't see this table. The help says this should have been created as part of the installation. Any ideas as to why this is and what I can do?
