I have a new install completed. I can connect locally and have created a database from within my Terminal program on a Mac. When attempting to create a remote database connection from my HTML design program, I get:
"1130 Host '66.51.193.2' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server" The above IP is the hosting computer's that is running MySQL.
