#1205 - Lock wait timeout exceeded; Try restarting transaction

I am using tables INNODB. 
After one query, the MySQL does not liberate the LOCK, and when I try to 
execute same query it appears the message.

#1205 - Lock wait timeout exceeded;  Try restarting transaction
