duplicating records

I have a need to duplicate individual records in a table with a large 
number of fields.

This is not part of a backup or restore process. I simply need to be 
able to duplicate a record or two on occasion.

 Is there an efficient way to do this?

I obviously don't want to duplicate keyfields, just the data.
