According to the error message, [EMAIL PROTECTED] has a password, but you aren't supplying it. Add -p to your commands to be prompted for the password.


If you don't know the password, see "How to Reset The Root Password" <http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/Resetting_permissions.html> in the manual.
