Hi, I'm using MySQL 3.23.53 on W2000 and I have a following problem: when I restart the database server then the first attempt to connect from any client program last cca 30 seconds (too long!!), each next attempt to connect lasts less than one second. The traffic is usually very small, so it can't be caused by it. I tried several client applications and all behave in the same way, so I guess the problem is inside the database. Can anybody help me?
