Are you looking for an interface to read MS Access other than the default application and MS Query?

It would be run at a click of a button from a web interface to display updated MySQL tables. However, after few hours of "googling" it appears that this is easier said than done due to ODBC and DSN quirks. Direct import into MySQL requires external utility like DBTools which defeats desired automation of the procedure. Is there a "known" best way to do this and has anyone done something similar?
