Unfortunately after 3-4 questions on this list about these warnings nobody from MySQL AB seems to think it's worth giving an answer about the seriousness of the warning and how to solve it (instead of surpressing it). Anyway the MySQL server seems to run fine, despite the smaller thread stack..
