Just run the query: SELECT * FROM table_name_goes_here;
To see all of the columns and all of the data in a particular table. I don't use the control center but I have heard that if you do not change a setting, it limits you by default to viewing only the first 1000 records of any query. How to set that value was answered recently in this same list so you should be able to find it in the archives rather easily.
