I managed this:

mysql> CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE test
    -> select * from internet_usage;
Query OK, 324936160 rows affected (54 min 31.64 sec)
Records: 0  Duplicates: 324936160  Warnings: 0

Can you create a temp table with keys then?
