In this version we have implemented the support of secure protocol for connections to a remote MySQL server. The secure connection is established through the Secure SHell (SSH) tunnel, which is considered as one of the most secure ways to communicate with remote servers over the Internet. Now it is possible to backup and maintain the remote MySQL databases using SQL Service Center even if MySQL port is blocked at the remote server for security reasons.
