I would like to know whether it will be a good idea to keep the read and write mysql servers separate and keep them as master and slave. Will there be considerable delay in the updation of the slave from the binary log. If the application has to frequent reads and write and if the business logic depends on reads based on the writes that as happened just before -- can we really go for this implementation?
Thanks & Regards
Sajith
