The key names inserted by lirc configuration (VOLUP, VOLDOWN) from
/usr/share/lirc/remotes/apple/lircd.conf.macmini seem to be bogus, as they
don't work. Correct, or at least working names, are found at
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MacBookAir1-1/Karmic
