Crash happened when attempting to watch "live" TV after apparently
adding 125kHz offset to the wrong channel. That bit was operator error.

Title:
mythfrontend.real crashed with SIGSEGV in QMutex::lock()

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  New

Bug description:
This crash happened after the following actions:
I entered the file path's for the video files, covers and fanart.
Then I opened the video gallery and mythtv asked if it should scan for video
files.
I awnsered it and after mythtv was finished with scanning I browsed through
my movies.
mythtv was scanning for covers in the background.
When I wanted to leave the video part of mythtv it stopped reacting and a
moment later the crash report popped up.
