We really do appreciate you opening this ticket to help improve
Mythbuntu, but it needs to be closed for a number of reasons. The
biggest one is that upstream has moved on to a new version and believes
this to be fixed. Could you please verify if this issue still exists in
the latest version?

Please do not let the closing of this ticket dissuade you from opening a
new ticket if this (or any other) problem occurs with the newer
versions.

  tvdb_api.py is out of date

Bug description:
I hope I'm getting this in the right place. Please feel free to move
it if there's another place where this bug report should belong.

  I'm using MythTV 0.27+fixes on a Ubuntu 12.04 box.

  The file /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/MythTV/ttvdb/tvdb_api.py
(from the package libmyth-python) is out of date. There was a bug fix
upstream made about 7 months ago that I've had to manually apply to my
system. The version shipped with the MythTV package shows a version of
1.2.1, the current latest version in 1.9.

The bug specifically is an incorrect base url name. The latest version
uses the correct URL thetvdb.com as opposed to www.thetvdb.com.
Ultimately, what the script should really be doing is parsing the
result of calling the mirrors API and using the base URL's there.
