There are some DVB assigned numbers listed here:
http://www.dvb.org/index.php?id=16

In the original networks list, there are entries for Australia at
0x1010-0x101F (including some reserved). That corresponds to what I've
seen during scanning.

The only think I see for the UK is a single ID, 0x233A being "UK Digital
Terrestrial Television" operated by "Independent Television Commission".
