Fix bug 179 (translations not showing up in mythvideo).
lrelease needs to be run with -nocompress for some reason.
Bunch of missing .cpp files in the translate.pro file, too.
The same thing I see here with mythdvd. At some point the strings where
shown translated but now nothing but the English ones are there again.
The .ts files are completely translated. I've tried an lrelease
-nocompress and copy the new qm files in /usr/share/mythtv/i18n and
restart mythfrontend but it still is in English.
