[mythtv] mythmusic questions

I've posted questions to the mythtv-users list and not got a lot of 
help, i'm hoping somebody here can answer some questions:
1) mythmusic use to (up until today) crash a lot.  This was causing me a 
lot of aggrevation.  Today I turned off the visualizer and haven't had a 
crash all day.  I had it set to random, which explains why I couldn't 
find a pattern in the crashes, it would seem that one of the visualizers 
has a problem.
2) Compilation artist is a great feature and I'd love to use it but I'd 
like to see the real artist name in the play window.  It makes sense to 
list the compilation artist name in the select tree, but when playing it 
would be nice to know who the actual artist is.  Is there a way to do this?
3) What tag fields are used for ogg, mp3, and flac files that are marked 
as compilation artist?  Or more specifically is there a ripping tool/tag 
editing tool that supports the same fields?
4) The import CD editor is really difficult to use, especially when 
trying to enter compilation artist stuff.  Navigation between the cells 
in the table is difficult, for instance is there a way to get into edit 
mode in a cell without deleting the existing text? What are the 
navigation and control keys in the table editor?
5) I have seen some mention of a delete song feature from within 
mythmusic, is there such a thing?
6) In an older version of mythmusic (maybe .15 or so) in the browse 
music screen you could hit a letter key to jump to that letter in the 
list, any chance of getting this back?
7) Is it possible to allow scrolling from the last item of a list to the 
first?  I've got a big music collection and it sure would be nice if you 
could get from the bottom of the list back around to the top or vice versa.
