[mythtv] DVB: Frontend locks while changing channels - backend fine r7738

Version 7738.   I finally got my DiSEqC issues worked out but now I’m seeing issues with switching DVB channels and the frontend locking. Many times while the backend is switching channels on the same sat or moving the dish to another sat the frontend locks while trying to prebuffer.
