Hi all, I found a firewire based tuner box, capable of decrypting digital cable television (DVB and HDTV by means of alphacrypt 3.0.5) in the Netherlands (and many other countries). It is fireDTV and floppyDTV, the last one fitting into barebones. I have contacted the company, this device is sending a decrypted stream through the firewire and the company has some outdated (?) driverstuff for 2.6.? kernels. Development of linux drivers is 'not on their internal roadmap'. I won't know yet, whether they will support development under GPL licence. Is anybody yet working on support of this device by MythTV?
