Exactly, why did you add all those extra lines, just like spammers do to
confuse antispam tools.
If you look at the source, it looks like there's a spell check
(gtbspell) immediately after the sig--in both the text/plain and
text/html parts. The HTML version shows the misspelled words. Plus, if
I didn't know better, I would think the HTML version came from MS
FrontPage--but it was actually some other HTML obfuscator... So,
probably a bad mailer (or at least a misconfigured/misused mailer)--my
guess a webmail client. Maybe OP hit send by accident before finishing
the edit or something.
