Hi all   I asked myself the same thing. I am using knoppmyth R5A26 with dvb-s card. Picture quality is no were near the quality I get when watching the same channels with the Nvidia Codec used with windows XP and Mytheater. www.dvbcore.com VGA card is nvidia 5200 connected to analog VGA monitor.
