The bizzare thing is this used to work perfectly several months
ago. I noticed since I picked up another card, and spent the
next hour trying to scan for my channels.

It all comes back to the table tracking and handling in siparser
which is evil and as we have noticed affects several different
areas of myth.

Think I'll ignore this and get started on the preliminary work
on the eit rewrite with GreyFoxx, since we will be needing
some of those patches soon :-)
