I have isolated the problems down to the following combination of things,
Fedora Core 3 2.6.9 kernel and any ivtv driver
Fedore Core 2 2.6.8 kernel and ivtv 0.19 2.6.9 kernel and any ivtv
I got this combo working Fedora Core 2 2.6.8 and ivtv 0.20
I do have the newest pvr-350.
