The lc02 has generated a lot of bad press because of heat problems and it only supports matx boards.
Personally I am seriously considering the silverstone lc10 over
the lc03 because I don't like the doors covering the dvd drive.
I think cooling is only a real concern with newer P4s or high end video cards.
