Thanks! I had allready done that trick to get my picture semi-usable... stress on semi :-). Perhaps I should have "quite bad" instead of "way off" :-)
I'm thinking that I might be best off switching to a DVI connetion to my tv... hence my previous requests for MPEG2 decoders w/ DVI recommendations... :-)

I have no idea about the shifting, but I am experiencing it as well with my pvr350.
