Isn't a default password as good as no password. How hard would it be to get the default password? If you are making an attack just look up the default and try that.
Mythweb doesn't have a default password. Doesn't even have htpasswd enabled (it's commented out by default in the .htaccess -- mind you, at the request of the users). The readme emphasizes that you should enable password protection, and that's about as good as I can do.
