Try the example lircd.conf file "RC-5.conf". It contains all of the possible RC5 codes. If you use it as your lircd.conf file and then run irw it should display the key mapping for every key on your remote. You can then extract them from the full file to create an lircd.conf file specific to your remote (you may wish to rename the key names to the names on your remote for ease of use). HTH! -- Harry O.
