Yes, my live CVS ebuilds cover all the packages that Gentoo already supports for 0.16. The only one I'm not running myself is mythfrontend-cvs. Note that these ebuilds do not use a CVS snapshot. When you use them, it connects to the CVS server and gets the current sources. That means that there is always a chance that some change has been checked in recently that will break the ebuilds. If that happens, let me know and I'll try to fix them. --PC > On Thu, 06 Jan 2005 11:36:09 -0500, Preston Crow > <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > On Thu, 2005-01-06 at 10:12, Drew Bernat wrote: > > > I also saw CVS ebuilds floating around somewhere... that way you could > > > get both Portage support and CVS versions of Myth. > > > > I've just updated them: > > http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=66337 > > > > If you read the comments, you'll see the instructions for installing new > > ebuilds in /usr/local/portage (it requires a change to /etc/make.conf). > > You'll also see my instructions for dealing with the bug of linking > > against the old libraries in /usr/lib.
