cd /var/cache/apt/archives
rpm -Uvh video4linux-kmdl-2.6.10-1.741_FC3*.rpm
rpm -Uvh ivtv-kmdl-2.6.10-1.741_FC3*.rpm

That worked for me tonight.  I can't saw it's the 'right' thing to do,
but it is what I did to get past that point.
