Running a PVR-350 here with a PII-400 Mhz Dell. Menus aren't as snappy as they could be I'm sure, but simoultaneous playback and recording is fantastic due to the onboard encoding/decoding. As others have mentioned, the only drawback to this config that I've hit so far is the inability to play DVD/DivX content through the pvr-350 on lower-powered machines. Greg.
