Seems to like you should be able to expand the downloaded iso content back
into folders on your hard drive, make whatever changes you like, then build
a new ISO and burn it to disk.  You might need to burn it to a DVD though
... the current ISO might be approaching CD size limits (though I haven't
checked.)
