Just a couple of questions. First, what is the difference in these cards? I see that the 350 is more expensive, but I can't tell why. Second, if I buy one of these cards, do I also need a video card? I'd like to hook this up to my TV (which doesn't have s-video input), or maybe a monitor, and I'm hoping I can do that directly from the Hauppage, and not have to buy a video card in addition.
