ATrpms has plans to provide some alternate builds in the near future, 
including:

1) a build with nVidia XvMC enabled
2) a build with Unichrome XvMC enabled
3) a build with FireWire support enabled

You'll have to jump through extra hoops to install them, the current packages 
will still get installed by default.
