Thanks, but I still have the problem about the scan settings. There is a black frame on all 4 sides and that may be because of the higher than necessary resolution settings. How do I change that?
Someone suggested the following: /usr/bin/nvidia-settings-1.0-6629 Does anyone know if changing the setting to 800 x 600 would help and if so; how to get a more "TV like" color for my box? Thanks, --a--
