For me on Watch Recordings and Live TV there's one there if you hit I (or the INFO key). Hit it one in Live TV IIRC or twice quickly in a recording and the time comes up (MythTV 0.17)
Don't know about videos and such, don't use them, but the same trick *might* work if you use the Internal player for your videos.
